Ms. Rachael Dsane-Selby has a passion for creating joyful and fun environments for children which lead to the founding of OCAL.
Rachael is an accomplished senior technical professional and dedicated mother to 2 young children. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng)from Brunel University, London and a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Oil and Gas Engineering from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, Scotland and brings her unique blend of analytical thinking and devotion to children’s well-being.
As a seasoned drilling engineer, working within the Upstream Oil and Gas Sector, Rachael has successfully completed projects across the UK, USA and Africa working for multinational corporations.
She is an associate member of the institute of Mechanical Engineers (IMECHE) and also a member of the Energy Institute (EI). In her spare time she enjoys playing with her children, writing fiction and Zumba fitness.
